Working with lazy ppl is one thing. ‘Coz we all kinda know lazy ppl are smart ppl. They’re lazy because they think they can do it in half the time allocated to them or they can find a way which does it better.
But later.
Working with stupid ppl is a whole different ball game.
Not only do you need to grin and bear it, mostoftentimes, you need to wipe their asses full of shitstreaks.
This place was almost a dreamjob for me. A month ago.
Now I wish I took on the headhunter’s advice to go for the interview. A least I would be gone out of this hellhole sooner than later.
The environment is not that bad. It’s the two-three people they have in this organisation who seem to be resistant to the phrase “working together as a team”. Day in day out, they just want to make it harder for everyone, finding faults and pointing fingers.
They think they are leaders. But, sadly, they are losers.
I’m updating my resume and I just can’t wait to wave goodbye to this bunch of bullshit.
You refused my advice, my help. Fine. Do all the stupidass kindergarten politics all you want. Like I give two hoots where your next meal comes from.
They can have all that piece of mirage all they want. It’s already a sinking ship. And without me, it’s okay. I won’t be the one looking for a float even when it sinks under my feet, dudes. (Or should I say, “ladies”. Whine like ninnies anyways.)
