The past two days were kinda eventful.

This morning, I was at Cold Storage walking along the chilled section to get my yoghurt drink when this girl (early twenties) looking at me bashfully and smiled.

“Urm, miss?” *pointing at top shelf*

“Eh?”

“Boleh tolong I ambik tak?” (Can you help me to get that?)

“Oh, ok. Mana satu? :)”

“The blue one. Thank youuuu!!”

Haha. I really didn’t expect that. She was kinda maybe a foot or more shorter than I am. I guess a girl still needs her morning coffee no matter what height she is. (And why is it so strange that I don’t drink coffee?? Do I look more like a coffee drinker? They are a grumpy bunch. Blek.)

Yesterday, as I was going downstairs to get some fruits for tea, a bunch of men accompanied by 3 policemen came into the lift later.

I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary except that there were a lot of men in the lift and I was kinda annoyed by this Arab who was pressing towards me for more space.

I was about to tell him off when I saw his bleeding forehead. I guess someone else did a telling off already. Hah.

No wonder the policemen.

Sometimes those Arabs can be pretty horrid. They seem to be one of the worst clients to have if you’re in the service line ‘coz they are so demanding, of nonsensical proportions even. Not to mention more likely to show off their money. Ptoi.

In other joyous news, my account director told me yesterday that a new intern will be joining us soon after this one is gone. She told me that she will train him/her on how to do the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and whateverly reports so “You don’t have to be bothered by those.”

YAY~!!

So happppppppp……. :D

So good to have superiors who are so understanding and don’t expect us to be robots. Tee hee hee.

Eh, wait… Would it impair my later employability if I don’t know how to do those reports? Oh, dang.

Ah, nvm. Should be easy to learn since interns can do it. YAY~!! Happy again :D
